Freedom of speech working against freedom of belief..

Probably the danish newspaper didn`t anticipate the violence muslims are displaying across the globe now.Besides burning the nordic embassies,muslims are also boycotting their goods.The impact is great, so much that Denamark stands to lose 36 billion dollars in lost exports if this continues till summer.Meanwhile, europeans are showing support to the Danes by publishing the same caricatures and defending the freedom of speech.This is a clash between civilizations,one which we don`t know the ramificitions of it and when it`s expected to end.
Europe and U.S are trying to calm the muslims,but there is no persuasion in this matterAs if Iraq war and Iran nuclear programme wasn`t enough,the caricatures published in west are making the matters worse in that embattled region.One can hope, that it`s difused before it erupts to unproportional levels.The protests have engulfed many muslim countries as well as Europe itself.Iran has called for publishing holocaust caricatures to get even, with what it describes the greatest offense against their religion.Also the shiite leader Al Sadr called for muslims to unite and give the right response to the West.This is maybe the beggining of what could have repercussions for many european countries in terms of trade and political relations.

From brutality to manipulation and other deceptive tactics to ticket drivers,there is no end.Did you know that you could be ticketed for a mile over the speed limit?Yes and they can be a pain in the ass if you don`t show them courtesy.Police officers aren`t educated enough or either it`s their job on the line if they don`t ticket enough.Yes and then insurance companies split the money with them. How nice it is!
Tailgating during the night and sometimes during the day and what not.We often tend to think that it`s teens who they are after,the inexperienced drivers yet its not so.You could be getting 4-6 points in a year if you are not careful and i mean very careful because their job is to patrol the streets and roads of the state and you have no recourse,but to keep watching your speedometer if you exceed the limit or even if you drive slow.It`s enough reason for them to pull you over and start asking stupid questions.

Insurgents fire mortar into the green zone

On to Baghdad insurgents fired a mortar into the heavily fortified green zone,home to the US embassy and Iraqi government,but there were no casualties.The loud explosion rocked central Baghdad shortly before midday and sent a cloud of smoke rising from within the Green Zone.
U.S. military spokesman Maj.Tim Keefe said no casualties or damages were caused.
Insurgents have been known to target the area with mortar fire,although such incidents have declined in the last months.
