ISAF UNDER HEAVY ATTACK FROM TALIBAN

In Afghanistan,Taliban forces have mounted a new offensive and have captured a strategic city.The report adds that ISAF is trying to negotiate for a withdrawal of Taliban forces without having to put a fight for the city.
